Indulge Fashion Network is a networking group where models, photographers, make up artist, hairstylist and clothing designers can utilize one another to excel in the industry.

Affiliate Members - Modeling agencies, Model Management Companies, Advertisement and Marketing Firms, etc.

My goal and vision for IFN is to grow into an association; Host annual MPU conferences, where models and photographers from all over the world will come together to gain information, photos, clothing, etc at this all out event.

IFN - MEETUP- EVENTS:

- New Member Meetings - Are held to inform members what IFN is all about, to obtain member contact information & interests.
- IFN Meetings - Are held to share information and tips: building your knowledge of the industry.
- IFN Photo Shoots ? Are held to give you hands on experience: building you pose and technique.
- IFN Socials - Are held to give you an opportunity to socialize with your industry peers, and build relationships in a more social atmosphere. To represent as IFN
- IFN Events- Are events that IFN host directly.
- IFN Castings- This will be an open casting call either to build membership of IFN

IFN -CALENDAR- EVENTS:

This is the area that found or shared event information within industry is posted. This could be casting calls, fashion shows, photography training, and so on. These items are not directly related to IFN, but are listed for your information for you the member to take the initiative to pursue if it interests you.

This will also be the area where group members whom are hosting photo shoots themselves or any other event that they would like IFN members to come to or be a part of will be listed.

Typically an email and message board posting is created in addition to the calendar listing. Please check your email frequently.

IFN PHOTOS:

This area is open for upload by all members.
I encourage all photographers and models use this area to upload their photos from previous events ? this shows new members, or inactive members what their missing.

IFN MESSAGE BOARD:

This area is open for all members to post information for the group to view. But you as the member have to visit this tab to view it, as all message boards messages are not also sent as an email. Therefore it?s your responsibility to check this area periodically, to see what's been added.
This area can be used for tips that you want to share. Cool sites that pertain to our group objective that you want to share; any information that will be useful for the group that you would like to share with the group. If there are times where you need to send an email to the group, there is a format that I will like for it to come in - so that I can easily copy, paste, send. Also, when members receive it they can distinguish the emails and it's content.

IFN POLLS:

This is the area where you the member have your opinion count. You vote on what you want, the more votes the more I look into making it happen. There are several polls that are left open throughout the year, and there will be some that will be open for a given period of time - until voting dates have concluded. All votes are important, VOTE Today!

IFN FILES:

Americas Next Top Model Applications and Requirements are uploaded in this area and the most current version is uploaded as soon as I grab it. Different applications or advertisements that may interest group members are uploaded in this area. So between the message boards, calendar and files, you could find a lot of information, that you don't have to search for yourself.

Need I say more - Promote this opportunity to others! - By Use of Means on Meetup.
And I will also be creating a badge of the official IFN Logo, that you can use on your MySpace/Facebook pages or you can use the one that MeetUp Provides as well.

IFN MAILING LIST:

You have the choice to sign up for the MPU Mailing List - if you decide not to do so, I encourage you to view this link weekly. As it contains the information sent via email.

My suggestion is to create a folder in your email for MPU mail and filter the contents to go to that inbox folder.

MEMBERSHIP PARTICIPATION:

The more you participate in IFN, the more you get out of IFN.
You cannot get the full benefits out of IFN, unless you attend some of our Meetup Events.
You should log on directly to the IFN site at least once a week, to maintain your active membership via the meetup site.
Make sure that you do not accidently block an meetup message - you will block all future messages, and you will have to log on to get information - or remove them from your blocked list and add them to you accept list.


MEMBERSHIP FEES & DUES:

Currently there is a not membership due.

Event fees will be posted and will mostly be paid via Meetup site, unless otherwise noted. And will be due upon registration for the event. - Most of all this will allow us to get a true head count of attendees. (Please read each event notes, as some payments may be refunded in full or partially upon your attendance of the event)

All members should have a completed membership contact form completed on file, and updated when information changes.

Membership dues/fees will allow us to do more things and go more places. Example - This will go towards having shoots in rented venues - but the cost will be or no extra cost, because the fees will compensate for the rental fee. Will allow us to plan annual bashes ? which will overtime grow to the annual association event. Most fees will be directly associated with an event or photo shoot.


UNOFFICIAL IFN EVENTS:

If it is not posted on IFN Meetup site, as a Meetup - then it's not an IFN Official Event.

SERVICES OFFERED AT EVENTS (ATTN: SERVICE PROVIDERS):

Anyone that has a service and would like to extend it to the members of IFN can do so.
Photographers - Can offer photography service, Make Up Artists - Can offer make up artistry,
And the list continues.

Service Providers whom will be extending their services are required to submit an service agreement form no later than a week before the event, the earlier the better as some venue I may set a maximum ? due to space restrictions. This will be required for those whom are even offering Trade.

If this form is not completed before the event date ? you may be asked to leave your materials in your vehicle, to implement a form of protective privacy guideline for the models.

You as the service provider have the right to set your own individual rates and packages that you will offer per event. I do ask that the rate you offer for an MPU event be discounted rate from your standard services. Suggestive rates $10-$30, for the basic 5-10 edited photos, full disc/upload of unedited photos.

You have a duty of a service provider to execute your service in a timely manner. On site services of course should go smoothly, but services that must be rendered off site of the event should have a reasonable turn around of 3 weeks or less.


SERVICES OFFERED AT EVENTS (ATTN: SERVICE USERS):

Primary the service users will generally be models, however could change depending on the event. Anyone that accepts to utilize a service provider - acknowledges that they are providing a discounted or free service to you. Therefore, photo editing specifics or requests should not be given unless said photographer is offering it in their package. Otherwise this type of direction to the photographer should be given at their standard package rates, not the discounted rates. This rule applies for any service you use - another example, do not expect a make up artist to apply eyelashes with out additional cost, unless you provide your own. (You get the idea, don't you!)

Basic model releases will be available on site at every IFN photo shoot, for your use. I advise you to obtain a copy and have every photographer that you use sign and complete one for your files. This will also enable you to get the contact information of the photographer so that you can follow up with him regarding your service or book him for a future shoot.

IFN organizers will be used as a mediator regarding services, when there are disputes, but we will no longer be responsible for exchanging of the goods between the service render and the service provider. ? Unless previously arranged, due to circumstances. Contact should be made after the 3 week time period has lapsed.

IFN was developed to extend an opportunity for models and photographers to utilize each other service at a discounted rate.

Please note that all service providers are not professionals ? but they will give you their best. Also, every service provider has their own unique strengths and weaknesses.
